At approximately 1:15 a.m. on Monday, emergency crews were dispatched to 3297 Scott Highway in Groton, Vermont, for an 18-year-old male who reported feeling suicidal. According to first responders, the individual stated he was willing to be transported and had no weapons. Dispatch communications indicated that Vermont State Police typically does not respond to such calls, but a mental health team may be dispatched. The patient is reported to be not combative. Groton Rescue is staging nearby. No further details are available at this time.
