At approximately 7:24 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 87 Cochran Road in Groton for a 29-year-old male who was initially reported to be involved in a verbal domestic before beginning to have a seizure. Subsequent reports indicate that no domestic occurred, and the yelling was due to the seizure. Groton EMS and Vermont State Police have been notified. Units are on scene.
