Twin State EMS responded to a medical emergency at 1223 Scott Highway in Groton early Saturday morning. Dispatchers received the call at approximately 4:07 a.m. for a 71-year-old female experiencing breathing difficulty and nausea. Ambulance crews were dispatched to the scene.
