At approximately 4:34 PM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a male who had been sitting in a Walmart parking lot for several hours. The caller stated that two young people asked for a ride, and the male dropped them off and returned to continue sitting. At 4:35 PM, additional details described the male as approximately 35 to 40 years old with a receding hairline, driving an older gray sedan, possibly a 2000s model. Shortly after, at 4:36 PM, dispatchers received a call from a male at the same Walmart reporting that he was having an anxiety attack. Police and emergency medical services were dispatched.
