The Sterling College campus in Craftsbury is on the market, according to a listing reported by North Star Monthly. The 165-acre property includes 26 structures totaling more than 85,000 square feet.
The sale listing includes the college's barn-style dining hall, a soaring interior space that was featured in a photo published by the monthly newspaper.
Sterling College, a small private institution known for its environmental focus, announced plans to close earlier this year. The campus has been listed by V/T Commercial.
