At approximately 4:19 PM, Vermont State Police received a report of a possibly intoxicated driver at Kinney Drugs on Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury. The caller stated that the person appeared intoxicated inside the store and then drove a silver Nissan to the nearby Price Chopper. Officers are responding to investigate. No further details are available at this time.
