At approximately 2:01 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 169 Charles Street in St. Johnsbury for a report of a propane tank that was leaking. Fire department units from Williamsville Fire Department were among those responding. Troop A St. Johnsbury also acknowledged the call. Further details are limited at this time.
