St. Johnsbury Police are responding to an incident at the Fairbanks Inn, where officers have been attempting to contact a male subject in Room 111. At approximately 7:54 PM, dispatchers advised that a warrant (10-99) had been issued for the individual, identified by initials M.A. Officers knocked on the door and after seeing the subject briefly, he shut the door. By 8:06 PM, officers were instructed to knock again and inform the occupant that if he does not come to the door, police will apply for a search warrant. The situation remains ongoing.
