At approximately 2:44 PM, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of a person lying naked on a concrete slab behind Dunkin' Donuts on Pearl Street. The caller described the person as being near bushes and an electric vehicle charging station. Officers searched the area but reported no immediate contact. The investigation is ongoing.
