At approximately 2:10 PM Thursday, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a case follow-up near the pavilion at Dunkin' Donuts. Dispatch reviewed security cameras and observed two individuals smoking in a prohibited area. Officers were directed to issue notices of trespass for the property.
At 2:15 PM, an officer located one individual at the Welcome Center and served a trespass notice. By 2:23 PM, dispatch confirmed that both individuals had been served.
At 2:37 PM, dispatch reported that a person at the Welcome Center had been issued a no-trespass order. The incidents at the Dunkin' Donuts area remain under review.
