At approximately 3:12 PM Thursday, St. Johnsbury Police received a report of a silver 2004 Mazda with expired registration traveling from Summer Street toward Memorial Drive. The caller reported that the vehicle's back left tire appeared to be wobbling and at risk of coming off. The vehicle was operated by a male. Officers were alerted and are on the lookout.
