At approximately 6:30 PM, emergency dispatchers received reports of a person on a motorbike scooter on Route 5 near Oxbow in Guildhall who appeared to be unresponsive or impaired. The caller reported the person was not falling off the scooter but was slumped over while the scooter was moving. Vermont State Police and emergency medical services have been dispatched to the scene. Further details are pending.
