At 6:40 PM, Vermont State Police were dispatched to I-91 near exit 1 in Waterford following reports of a male on an overpass on the other side of the guardrail with a tie, apparently preparing to tie it to the guardrail and jump. A white vehicle was on scene with someone attempting to talk to the individual. Units are responding and the situation is ongoing.
