The Orleans Central Supervisory Union is continuing its meal distribution program through the summer, ensuring students have access to food even when school is out. The program remains a vital resource for families in the Barton area.
On July 1, two new principals officially began their roles within OCSU. Andrew Kulak took over as principal of Lake Region Union High School after being hired in April following a search process. Matthew Allen became principal of Orleans Elementary School, having stepped into the position in the final weeks of the previous school year. Both bring decades of educational experience to their new posts.
The principals are already preparing for the upcoming school year while the meal program continues to serve the community.
