NorthCountry Federal Credit Union has begun construction on its first New Hampshire branch in Woodsville, with plans to open in 2027. The credit union purchased the commercial building and property at 151 Central Street in late 2025, razed the existing structure, and started work on a new building.
The new branch will serve customers in the Woodsville area, marking NorthCountry's expansion across the Connecticut River. The credit union is based in Burlington, Vermont, and operates multiple branches in Vermont.
No exact opening date has been announced, but the project is expected to be completed next year.
