Newport Ambulance was dispatched at approximately 5:11 AM to 225 Route 105 in Derby for a report of a 94-year-old female who believed she was having a heart attack. According to first responders, the patient was conscious, alert, and breathing upon their arrival. Initial reports indicate that the patient's condition was stable at the scene. Crews are continuing to evaluate the patient and provide care. Further details will be released as they become available.
