At approximately 3:28 PM on May 28, 2026, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 30 South Street in North Troy, Apartment 1, for a direct medical call-in. According to first responders, a person at the residence contacted 911 directly and requested assistance. The nature of the medical emergency has not been disclosed. By 3:42 PM, Newport 12 arrived on scene. The patient was prepared for transport to Copley Hospital in Morrisville. At 4:26 PM, units cleared the scene and returned to service.
