At 2:49 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 46 High Street in North Troy for a 27-year-old male who cut his hand on broken glass a couple of days ago and believes the wound may be infected. Newport Ambulance and Troy Rescue personnel responded. Units arrived on scene at 3:03 AM. The patient was transported to North Country Hospital for further evaluation. Further details are pending.
