Medical Call for Fall from Wheelchair in North Troy

Newport Ambulance and Troy Rescue were dispatched to a residence at 30 South Street in North Troy at approximately 10:27 PM after a lifeline alarm was activated. According to initial reports, a 72-year-old male had fallen from his wheelchair and was requesting assistance, but reported no injuries. Responding units included Newport PD and Troy Rescue.

At 10:38 PM, Newport PD arrived at the scene. The call was cleared by 10:46 PM, and all units returned to service.
