At 12:23 PM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 19 Hillside Avenue in Charleston for a 24-year-old female who was having a seizure and foaming at the mouth. According to initial reports, the patient has a history of seizures. At 12:33 PM, dispatchers reported that the individual was experiencing another seizure. Emergency crews remain on scene.
