At approximately 6:39 PM, Vermont State Police responded to a report of a dispute at 3207 Oregon Road in St. Johnsbury. Initial reports indicate that a person was confronted by a neighbor who was possibly intoxicated. The neighbor allegedly threatened to burn down the house and took the complainant's dog. The neighbor has reportedly left the scene but the complainant is requesting a police response. No injuries have been reported at this time.
