Vermont State Police reported that a missing Bradford man has been located safe. Donald Dacey, 78, was reported missing on July 11 after he walked away from his residence on South Road into the woods around 1:45 p.m. and did not return.

Troopers were called at approximately 3:15 p.m. Dacey was described as 5'7", 180 pounds, with short white hair and a beard, last seen wearing an olive green polo shirt, khaki shorts and sandals. He is nonverbal.

In an update, police said Dacey was located safe and returned to his residence.
