Vermont State Police cited a 20-year-old Bronx, New York, man for negligent operation after he was seen driving erratically on Interstate 91 in Thetford on July 6.
Troopers received reports of a northbound vehicle driving erratically and observed it traveling at a high rate of speed through a work zone near mile marker 82. A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver, Yostin Perez Checo, was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on August 19 at 8:30 a.m.
Police said Perez Checo is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
