At approximately 5:21 PM, Lancaster Ambulance was dispatched to 203 Portland Street, room 124, for a 92-year-old female who had a ground level fall. According to dispatch reports, the woman was conscious and breathing with no reported injuries. Units cleared the scene at 5:34 PM. No transport was required.
