At approximately 10:03 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 91 Country Village Road in Lancaster, the Country Village Center, for a 63-year-old female who was conscious and breathing but had started to have confused speech and left-sided weakness, according to initial reports. Lancaster Ambulance was en route to the scene.
