Medical Evaluation Request at Newport PD

At approximately 7:57 PM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 222 Main Street in Newport City, at the Newport Police Department, for a 65-year-old male seeking a medical evaluation. At 8:03 PM, emergency crews were on scene and gained entry at the back of the building. At 8:19 PM, the patient was transported to North Country Hospital by Newport Ambulance. The ambulance arrived at the hospital at 8:27 PM and cleared the scene, returning to service at 8:36 PM. Additional details are pending.
