At approximately 4:58 AM, dispatchers received a report of a medical emergency on Route 18 in Sugar Hill. A 93-year-old female was complaining of a sharp pain in her back and side. Sugar Hill EMS and Littleton Fire responded to the scene. The patient was conscious and alert at the time of the call. At 5:14 AM, a Sugar Hill unit arrived on scene. Further details are pending.
