At 11:22 AM on Thursday, emergency crews were dispatched to 1308 Route 117 in Sugar Hill for a medical emergency. According to initial reports, a 67-year-old male, conscious and breathing, was experiencing diaphragmatic abdominal pain. Littleton Fire Department and Sugar Hill EMS responded to the scene.
