At approximately 9:55 AM, emergency dispatchers received a call for a medical emergency at 200 Portland Street in Lancaster. According to initial reports, a 91-year-old female was conscious, breathing, and alert. The nature of the emergency has not been specified. Lancaster Ambulance 3 responded to the scene.
