According to first responders, the woman was conscious but had ineffective breathing. The call was classified as a priority 6-Echo response. Ambulance crews from Woodsville and Twin State were dispatched, and a backup second medical tone was requested at 10:29 PM. By 10:32 PM, patient contact was established on scene.
