At approximately 10:23 PM, emergency dispatchers received a report of a 70-year-old female with ineffective breathing at 1494 Woodsville Road in Monroe. Monroe EMS and Twin State Woodsville Mutual Aid responded to the scene. At 10:27 PM, it was reported that the patient had an oxygen saturation of 80% and was receiving a nebulizer treatment. At 10:30 PM, Twin State Woodsville dispatched a second tone for backup on the call. Additional units from Wells River were directed to Monroe to assist at 10:35 PM. As of 10:37 PM, Woodsville Ambulance units were en route to the scene. The patient remained conscious and receiving treatment. Further details are pending.
