At approximately 5:31 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to Route 105 in Charleston for a 29-year-old female requiring a mental health evaluation. According to dispatch, the individual stopped taking her medication, which can cause aggressive behavior, but she stated she would not be an issue for EMS personnel.
