At approximately 1:42 AM, Newport Police were dispatched to 484 Main Street, Apartment 2, in Derby Center for a medical emergency. According to dispatch reports, a 68-year-old female is experiencing a swollen right wrist and shoulder pain. First responders are on scene assessing the situation.
