At 7:22 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to the Vermont State Police Barracks on U.S. Route 5 in St. Johnsbury for a male in custody experiencing a panic attack. Calex Ambulance and St. Johnsbury Fire Department responded. Further details are pending.
