At approximately 3:56 PM, emergency dispatchers received a call from a location in St. Johnsbury reporting a female who was not answering questions and was heard breathing heavily in a bathroom. According to initial reports, the caller indicated the woman was in the bathroom and could only be heard breathing heavily. Police and EMS have been dispatched to the scene.
