At approximately 5:40 PM, St. Johnsbury Police and emergency medical services were dispatched to Dunkin' Donuts on a report of a person found passed out on the sidewalk. According to dispatch communications, the individual was observed doubled over and unresponsive. Responders noted they had seen the same individual earlier near a bank. The person's condition is unknown at this time.
