At 9:34 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to South Street in Orleans for a 35-year-old male cancer patient who has not eaten much this week and is possibly dehydrated and confused at times. Newport Police and Orleans Rescue are on scene. At 3:26 PM, responders were again requested to the same address for a lift assist involving a person needing help from the car into the house. The patient's condition is being assessed.
