At approximately 4:13 PM, Newport Ambulance and police were dispatched to North Country Primary Care at 186 Medical Village Drive for a 76-year-old female experiencing altered mental status. According to initial reports, the patient is uncooperative but not combative. Responders are on scene assessing the situation.
