At approximately 1:24 AM, emergency medical services were dispatched to North Country Hospital at 1248 Hospital Drive in Newport for a 75-year-old female with abdominal pain. According to dispatch reports, the patient was experiencing upper abdominal pain and was being evaluated. Further updates are expected as first responders assess the situation.
