Newport Ambulance was dispatched to B.B. Road in Derby at 11:42 PM for a report of an individual in the fetal position on the side of the road, approximately 1.6 miles from the customs station. Vermont State Police requested the ambulance as they were tied up on another call. Initial reports indicate the person was found in the fetal position. Further details are pending.
