At approximately 1:11 AM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to the Derby Port of Entry on Interstate 91 for a 25-year-old male who was lightheaded and on the floor. According to initial reports, he was conscious and breathing. Orleans 2 responded to the scene. At approximately 1:13 AM, the unit cleared the scene and returned to service.
