At approximately 4:28 PM, Bethlehem Ambulance was dispatched to 59 Strawberry Hill Street for a report of a 60-year-old male who had been run over by a truck while working. The victim had a severe head injury and possible broken ribs. At 4:30 PM, the nature was updated to include chest discomfort and difficulty breathing. Littleton Fire Department was requested to provide a medic at 4:33 PM. At 4:36 PM, dispatch upgraded the call to a trauma alert, and a helicopter was requested to land at Littleton Regional Hospital for transport. Multiple emergency crews are on scene and providing care.
