At 11:50 AM on Sunday, July 26, 2026, St. Johnsbury Fire and Calex Ambulance were dispatched to 58 Pleasant Street in St. Johnsbury for a 56-year-old male who fell through a window, sustaining an arm laceration. According to first responders, the man was applying pressure to the wound and was conscious and responding. Calex 3 and Waterford Engine 1 responded to the scene. At 11:51 AM, a Code 3 emergency response was initiated.
Calex 3 arrived on scene at 11:55 AM. At approximately 12:05 PM, responders evaluated three children who were in the apartment. One patient was transported to a nearby hospital. The status of the children was not immediately available.
