At 11:42 AM, Newport Ambulance and Newport Police were dispatched to 674 BB Road in Derby for a male reportedly convulsing. According to initial reports, the male was convulsing and further details were unknown at that time. First responders arrived on scene at approximately 11:52 AM. At 12:31 PM, units reported clearing the scene and returning to service. The condition of the individual has not been released.
