The Littleton Garden Club will host a workshop on growing basil and oregano for pizza at the Littleton Food Co-op this Saturday, June 13, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The free event, titled “Grow Pizza Herbs: A Discussion on Basil & Oregano,” is part of a busy weekend across New Hampshire that also includes Laconia Motorcycle Week, Pride events in Lebanon, and Market Square Day in Portsmouth, among many others.
“This workshop will focus on how to cultivate your own herbs and spices to garnish your own pizza,” organizers said. The Littleton Food Co-op is located at 43 Bethlehem Road.
