A new yoga studio called Prema Shala has opened at 111 Main St. in Littleton, operated by Christina Alexa. The studio is dedicated to her son, Joseph, who died in 2024 three weeks before his 19th birthday. Alexa said the space is meant to offer a focus on healing.
