Linda Kathryn (Greenlaw) March, 76, died May 29, 2026, at her home in Lancaster, N.H., while sleeping, according to her husband Kenneth March.
March had overcome numerous handicaps and health issues that left her totally blind and with very limited mobility. Kenneth March said she "didn't like the darkness at all" and had decorated the walls of her home with 592 pictures, photos, and paintings.
Kenneth March said he was her full-time caretaker and felt "a tremendous void" after her death. He recalled that in the weeks before her death, she asked on several occasions whether she was dying. "3pm Friday, April 10, 'am I dying?' and the next day 3pm Saturday April 11, 'I am dying' and then again 15 April, 'I am dying,'" he said.
Her body was interred July 6, 2026, at South Lunenburg, Vt., near her parents.
