At approximately 7:50 AM, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of a juvenile who fell from a vehicle during an argument. The incident occurred in the area of Diggles Park, and the caller indicated that nothing physical occurred during the argument. The juvenile called for assistance after falling. Those involved remained at a Thomas Road address. Further details are pending.
