The East Hardwick Neighborhood Organization (EHNO) held an open house Saturday, May 30, to preview a new interpretive panel that will be installed at the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail trailhead planned near Stevens Lane this summer. The event took place at the East Hardwick Grange, featuring displays from the Hardwick Historical Society and Greensboro Historical Society, with a focus on the area's railroad history. Cake and lemonade were served.

The interpretive panel is part of a larger project to build a trailhead and visitor station at the intersection of Stevens Lane with the rail trail. EHNO is currently awaiting construction bids for the facility.
