The Barnet Select Board voted Monday to adopt a new parking ordinance for Anderson Street, following complaints about vehicles parked along the road that jutted into the roadway and interfered with town maintenance. The ordinance authorizes fines for violators and allows for towing of vehicles.
Select Board members also discussed ongoing speed studies on Harvey Mountain Road, where residents have raised concerns about excessive speeds. No new measures have been adopted on that road yet.
